WOMEN ARE THE CENTER OF THEIR HOME

Whether you are single or married you’re still very valuable to the growth of those in your household.   As women, we were created by the Father to bring new life into the earth realm, and that’s a major role with a lot of responsibility, but he has placed what we need within us to accomplish the work.   In some cultures, women are on the level of animals; but the Bible says we were created in the likeness and image of God.  Sounds like God created us for great things!  (Genesis 1:26  “Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness, ..”) God is great, and everything He created, He said was good. Women were created for more than just baring children, cooking and keeping.   Therefore, everything we need to be great in this life is already within us, we just have to believe it!

As woman, we’re able to set the tone of the home environment every day be it peaceful or turbulent.   Proverbs  31:26 says, “She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.”  Don’t be a woman who is always trying to manipulate someone into doing what you want.   Ask lovingly when you need someone to do something, respect them as you would want them to respect you.   As they see how tentative you are to their needs each day, it will cause them to be more willing to assist you when needed.  Try to maintain your emotions when someone does something that offend you.  Take time to ponder over how to respond, and doing so in a way that would not cause the situation to escalate into something worse.  A woman has to master how to put out small flames before they become big fires.

James 1:19-20 says, “Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: for the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.”

If you are baptized with the Holy Spirit, allow Him to help you respond by not being so quick.  Some situations require us to take a moment and take a few deep breaths before we answer.   By doing so, you can give the enemy a swift kick right out of your house, before he can unleash his wickedness among your family.   So next time, you’re faced with a situation that can release a world wind of troubles into your home you know just how to stop it.

Psalm 139:14  says “…I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.”   Do you see that you are fearfully and wonderfully made, by God!  Don’t allow anyone to make you feel less about yourself.  Wake up each day thanking the Father for giving you a great life with a purpose.  Maybe you’re not doing what you would like to in life, but if you continue to be good at what you do, and do it all as unto the Lord almighty, He will be the one to change your story!

Since you have a great future before you, make sure you take care of yourself.   Are you eating the right food, and drinking plenty of water?   Do you get enough rest and sleep?  Most importantly are you spending time reading the word and in prayer?

If you’re falling short in any of these areas, it’s time you refocus and take steps to do better.  You can only function at your best when you are feeling your best.  So be kind to yourself and think about becoming a healthier you!  When we feel good, we will be more patient with others.

Matthew 5:9 says, “Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.”

Take few minutes right now and ask the Lord to help you not to look down on yourself, and help you to see yourself as someone worthy to receive the best that life can bring.  As you remain optimistic about your life, and look forward to blessing those around you with small acks of kindness, you will begin to see just how you make a difference in the lives of those you come in contact with.  That alone should lift you up, allowing you to see how worthy you are, and how God has a special work for you to do right where you are.  So many times, we look for something different, because we don’t feel we’re being valued in life, but if we don’t see it as a small task, and begin to use our gifts and talents among those in our family, as they drink from the fountain of life you carry, they will eventually become transformed into who God wants them to be.

Remember, You Are the Center of Your Home, every person feeds from you, therefore what are they eating, good or bad fruit?

Let us Pray:

Heavenly Father, forgive me for not seeing myself as you see me, help me to move beyond being unsettled, into someone who is satisfied with being your daughter, knowing you have a plan and purpose for my life, in Jesus mighty name.  Amen.

Heavenly Father, help me to begin to bloom just where I am, so others can receive all the good you have placed in me, in the name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Heavenly Father, help me to see the needs of those in my home, and give me the wisdom to help each one reach their full potential in life, in Jesus mighty name.  Amen.

Stay positive, and have a wonderful week!
